Q: I need to register someone from my office, what do I do? | A: Use the "Register One or More People option and follow the Group Registration Instructions. This can be found on the specific conference page of the website when registration opens. |
Q: I have to request payment and it will not be processed in time for the early bird deadline. What should I do? | A: PRIA allows member attendees to use "Purchase Order (Will Mail Check)" and provide payment at a later date. Registration will be processed as a purchase order and payment will be applied later. |
Q: How do I access the event platform? | A: Attendees will be receiving an email from the event platform Eventsential/RD Mobile). If you did not receive an email, you can visit the event directly. Login with the email provided at registration. Here are Platform Access Instructions. |
Q: How do I access the hybrid sessions? | A: There is a Zoom webinar link for each session in the schedule in the Eventsential/RD Mobile platform. Please note all breakouts will not be streamed. The Conference Schedule indicates the session available virtually. |
Q: What do I do if I cannot access the app? | A: Review Platform Access Instructions. |
Q: What platform is being used for the virtual sessions? | A: Zoom webinar is being used for all general and breakout sessions taking place virtually. |
Q: Do I need a webcam to participate? | A: No. Attendee webcams will be disabled for all sessions. |
Q: Can I communicate with other attendees? | A: Attendees can communicate with each other via the app. |
Q: Will the sessions be recorded? | A: Yes. Session recordings will be embedded in the app after the conference and attendees will have access through the app/web platform. |
Q: I am attending in person, can I attend any of the virtual sessions? | A: In person registrants will be able to participate virtually, if desired. |
Q: How do I know which sessions are going to be offered virtually? | The schedule indicates "Virtual" in the second column for those sessions which will be offered for the virtual audience. Sessions will be recorded so that in person attendees will have access to anything they missed and for virtual attendees to view a recording of the sessions that were only offered in person. |
Q: What meals are included with registration? | A: Registration includes the following: Tuesday reception (light appetizers), Wednesday full breakfast, Wednesday lunch, Wednesday Offsite Event/Dinner, Thursday full breakfast, Thursday lunch. |
Q: What is the dress code for the event? | Business casual; make sure to bring a sweater or light jacket as the session room temperatures vary. |

Q: How do I register a guest? | Guests registration is now separate. Visit the conference page for the specific conference you are wanting to register a guest for, and click on the "Guest Registration" link in the right hand margin. Please note you will be prompted to login as the systems verifies you have registered as an attendee. Guest registration is for a spouse, partner, significant other, family member or friend. Guest registration does not include colleagues or other industry contacts or friends. |
