PRIA markeds its 20^th anniversary in 2022 planned several commemorative activities culminating in a gala celebration at the group’s Annual Conference, August 29-September 1, at the Westin Ft. Lauderdale Beach Resort, Ft. Lauderdale, FL.

PRIA was founded back in 2002 on an idea that within the property records industry, government and business can work together, with mutual respect and without acrimony, to address issues of common concern in the world of property transactions.  Unparalleled among organizations, PRIA was created based on the concept of “round table” discussions, where participants from all industry segments come together as equals to openly discuss issues relevant to the property records industry and develop consensus-based white papers, best practices and standards for the industry.
